We want you to love your purchase from Reneu! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, our return and refund process is simple and straightforward.

Returns & Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or size adjustment. The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items not in their original condition, items damaged or missing parts not due to our error, and items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
  • Request a Return: Before returning any items please email us at contact@reneu.co.uk for our returns instructions.

Exchanges and Size Adjustments

Due to the bespoke nature of our bracelets, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you’ve ordered the incorrect size, we offer free size adjustments within 30 days. Postage costs are chargeable. When returning your item, please include a note with your order number and re-sizing request.

Requesting a Return

Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. Approval: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 5 working days:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; processing times may vary.
  3. Next, contact your bank as there may be a delay in posting the refund.
