UK Delivery Options
We offer several delivery options across the UK, ensuring that your handmade bracelets arrive as quickly and conveniently as possible.
Royal Mail Tracked 48
- Cost: Free for orders of £60 and above. Cost calculated at checkout for orders under £60.
- Delivery Time: Delivery within 2-3 working days from dispatch.
- Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 days for your bracelet to be made before dispatch, as all our bracelets are handmade.
Royal Mail Tracked 24
- Cost: Calculated at checkout.
- Delivery Time: Delivery within 1-2 working days from dispatch.
- Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 days for your bracelet to be made before dispatch.
Next Day Delivery
- Cost: Calculated at checkout.
- Delivery Time: Next working day.
- Processing Time: Orders placed before 12 PM Monday to Thursday will be made and dispatched the same day for next-day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Important Information:
- All bracelets are handmade to order, so please factor in a production time of 1–2 days before your order is dispatched unless using the Next Day Delivery option.
- Delivery times are based on the dispatch date, not the order date.
- We currently only offer delivery within the UK.
Europe & USA Delivery
We are delighted to offer delivery to countries within Europe and USA. As all of our bracelets are handmade, please allow 1–2 days for production before dispatch.
Shipping Times
- Delivery to most European countries typically takes 5–10 working days from dispatch.
- Processing Time: Please allow 1–2 days for your bracelet to be made before dispatch.
Duties and Fees (International Orders)
Please note that your order may be subject to additional charges such as VAT, import duties, and taxes, depending on the regulations in your country. These fees are not included in your order total and will need to be paid upon delivery.

Rejected Deliveries: If your order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs or duties, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any duties, fees, or taxes incurred during the return process.
